This is one of our exclusive offerings. There is a limited supply of this coffee and it is highly scored for it’s wonderful complexity and flavor. We sampled it a couple months back and were impressed by its bright flavored fruit notes tempered with the cream flavor.
This natural process coffee comes from the famous Tarrazu region in the highlands of Costa Rica. It is grown on coffee plantations at over 1500 meters in elevation. Tarrazu has a long rainy season and a few months of dry weather when the coffee is harvested. This particular bean is from the Beneficio San Diego mill that seeks to continually increase in quality and sustainability. Our brewing recommendation is Chemex, Cold Brew, Drip, and Pour Over.
