Description
This single origin bean from outside the Shantawene Village in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia boasts more sweetness than the Ethiopian Shantawene, though it comes from farmers in the same area. Complex sweetness with apricot and plum, and a high cupping score of 90.3, this coffee is lower in acidity with hints of ginger.
