This pottery mug is decorated with a hand carved Daisy design. It is glazed in a grey green glaze overlapped by a creamy soft yellow glaze creating an area of glossy pale yellow green where the two glazes intersect – hard to describe but beautiful to look at. The inside is glazed with the soft creamy yellow glaze.

The comfortable handle has the added advantage of not getting hot when
heating your beverage in the microwave. The shape of the mug which
narrows and then widens keeps your beverage warmer longer.

Terry Parker is the artist behind Loma Prieta Pottery. Every piece of pottery is created by hand with great attention paid to detail to make each piece of pottery function well and be enjoyable for you to use. Tea tastes better in a handmade mug! So does coffee!

My ceramic work is created on a potter’s wheel or hand built out of stoneware or porcelain. It is high fired in a gas kiln to 2340° F. It can be used in the microwave and put in the dishwasher.

All of my pieces are packed with care to ensure their safe arrival. I have lots of experience with shipping my work so you can feel confident that I will get your item to you safely.

The amount you will be charged for shipping is calculated at checkout based on the ship to address zip code and the weight/shipping dimensions of your purchase.

Your purchase will be shipped within 1-3 full business days of when your order is received. Your purchase will typically ship via USPS Priority Mail for single small item purchases. For multiple or larger item purchases, ship via USPS Parcel Select or Fedex if you select standard shipping at checkout. Tracking information will be sent to you once your items are packed and ready to be shipped.

Refund Policy

I pack my unique handmade pottery with care. Should your purchase arrive damaged, please save the packing materials and contact me with photos of the damaged item.  I will either issue you a full refund including shipping or replace the damaged item if you prefer.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
