La Laja farms are family owned and began in 1920 in Tlaltetela, Veracruz in Mexico. La Laja is home to seven sister farms all producing some of the area’s best coffee beans. This is also a Rainforest Certified bean.
This is a very balanced, earthy coffee, medium body, with hints of chocolate and light citrus.
