Description

Considered a super-specialty microlot of beans, this Peru bean is sourced from the El Diamante region of Peru by 30 members of the Flores family. The beans are certified organic at the farming source.*

This is a sweet coffee, with hints of raisin, horchata, with balanced acidity, and notes of plum and pear. Light, refreshing, and excellent as a daily drip coffee.

Elevation: 5,400 – 6,050 ft

Process: Washed & dried on raised beds

Harvest: May – November
