DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, club members always get free shipping on their subscription! We also offer free shipping on any order over $75, sidewide.

Otherwise, we offer flat $5 shipping. Nice and easy.

Refund Policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We ship orders quite quickly [can't leave you mascara-less!], so we typically cannot catch changes to your order in time to adjust it, once processed.

If you’re on a Mascara Plan, you can cancel or change the timing of your shipments in your account at any time. Changes made within 48 hours of plan renewal may not go into effect until the following period.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

If our products aren’t right for you, let us know. We are happy to return one opened mascara within 21 days of your first purchase with us.

To process a return, email us at: help@mylittlemascaraclub.com. We will provide you with the return address and issue you a return authorization number you must include when you send back your mascara.

If you return the mascara within 21 days of the purchase date [provide us with a tracking number showing date sent] we will issue you a full refund upon receipt (not incl S/H).

Sales are final on all other products.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

MODIFYING MY MASCARA PLAN SHIPMENTS

You can modify your Mascara Plan shipments anytime by visiting your Account.

You are always able to add or remove products, update your address and payment information, pause your subscription, or change the frequency of your shipments. Just click on the section you’d like to modify and take it from there.

CANCELING MY MASCARA PLAN SHIPMENTS

You can cancel anytime, for any reason with just a few clicks. We hope you’ll stay but we don’t make it hard to leave. That’s just not our style.

You can cancel (unsubscribe) from your Mascara Plan subscription at any time by logging in to your account and clicking on the link on the right side of the screen.

If you’d prefer, you can pause your subscription or change your shipment frequency, instead.
