Chocolate dominates this Ugandan treat. When you originally smell the beans and coffee, you will immediately pick up the chocolate notes. After the first sip, there is a nice earthy flavor with a medium to almost light body. Towards the end of the cup and as it cools, faint hints of green tea develop and are drawn out as well. Overall this makes a wonderful, consistent coffee to enjoy with multiple brew methods. Brewing recommendations are Chemex, French Press, and Cold Brew Toddy.
