All packages will be shipped USPS or UPS at the discretion of the shipper, based on department guidelines to ensure safe and efficient delivery. UPS Ground: 5 – 7 business days. UPS 3 Day Select: 3 Business days. UPS Next Day Air: Next day delivery by 5:00 pm if placed before 1pm.
USPS Priority Mail: 2 – 3 Business Days
Canada/International Shipments: May take up to 5-10 business days.

What’s your return policy?
We hope you love your OLIVESPA products, however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns on items purchased from www.olivespa.com within 30 days purchase. If you have purchased a product from one of our authorized retail partners, please follow that retailer’s return policy. Please note, all gift cards and select merchandise purchased on olivespa.com are final sale.
How do I place a return or exchange?
To return or exchange an item, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at email@example.com with your order number and specify which products you wish to return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to mail those items to our returns center.
Do I need a return slip?
In an effort to reduce waste, we do not include return slips in your order. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our Customer Service Team will be happy to help you place your return.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our returns center. Once received, we will initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original form of payment (typically 3-7 business days).
