- We are a small Wine Circus with overbooked performers, please allow up to 1 WEEK for us to fulfill your order. We promise we’ve put it in the juggling act.
- If you live in Tucson, Arizona we offer free pickup and delivery.
- Shipping through USPS services.
- If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on Returns and Exchanges.
- Unfortunately we cannot accept refunds for any reason. If there is a problem with your product please reach out to us and we'll find a way to make it right.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- We can accept cancellations but cannot accept returns (unless there is a problem with your product).
- A cancellation request must be done before the item has shipped.
- Because most of our products are individually hand-printed/hand-made goods, we understand that sometimes there are variations as does happen with one of a kind items. If the variation is exceptional, please notify us in order to arrange an exchange or return.
- For returns, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, once the return is approved, ship items back within: 21 days of delivery.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. We will gladly accept exchanges as long as you notify us within 5 days of receiving your product and ship it back to us within 2 weeks of receiving it.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
