Shipping Policy

All of my pieces are packed with care to ensure their safe arrival. I have lots of experience with shipping my work so you can feel confident that I will get your item to you safely.

The amount you will be charged for shipping is calculated at checkout based on the ship to address zip code and the weight/shipping dimensions of your purchase.

Your purchase will be shipped within 1-3 full business days of when your order is received. Your purchase will typically ship via USPS Priority Mail for single small item purchases. For multiple or larger item purchases, ship via USPS Parcel Select or Fedex if you select standard shipping at checkout. Tracking information will be sent to you once your items are packed and ready to be shipped.

Refund Policy

I pack my unique handmade pottery with care. Should your purchase arrive damaged, please save the packing materials and contact me with photos of the damaged item.  I will either issue you a full refund including shipping or replace the damaged item if you prefer.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
